A former English teacher, Congresswoman Daba Wagnane has championed girls’ education and continues to advocate for women’s empowerment. As leader of the Jiguen Pastef movement, she has trained hundreds of women in local product transformation and supports girls' entrepreneurship. She is dedicated to amplifying women’s voices and advancing the development of Senegal.
