Nicolette Harutunian is a Los Angeles-based social impact strategist working at the intersection of gender, health, and education equity. She currently serves as the Director of U.S. Programs at The Pad Project, increasing access to menstrual health resources among underserved communities across all 50 states. Nicolette also oversees The Pad Project's global youth leadership network, known as the Ambassador Program, which was founded at the Oakwood School and now spans 47 countries. To date, The Pad Project's U.S. Programs and Ambassador Program have distributed over three million menstrual products and served 126,000 individuals in need.
